Display the following screen in the self-test mode.
Fasten the set screws when the on-screen variable value in the test mode becomes 80H (+/- 5).
1) Take off the earphone cover (Jl-0001) from the frame.
2) With the frame in an after centering status; loosen screws A, manually turn gear A in a manner so that the value becomes 80H, and then fasten screw A after making backlash adjustments for gear A and B.
3) When the value deviates from 80H, loosen screw B and make adjustments (+/- 5H) by turning gear B.
4) Volume value setting C0H over (LEFT) 40H under CRIGHT.
- Forward and backward directions -
1) Take off base cover (Jl-1005).
2) Make sure that the handle shaft is in the neutral position.
3) Insert the screwdriver from the base frame's hole (for inserting tool) and loosen screw A, manually turn gear A in a manner so that the value becomes 80H and then after making backlash adjustments for gear A and B, fasten A.
4) When the value deviates from 80H, loosen screw B and make adjustment (+ 5H) by turning gear B.

Procedure
1. Display "INPUT TEST" in the test mode on the monitor's screen.
2. By using the M4 temperprrof screwdriver talce off the 6 tamperproof screws (4 upper 2 lower) anti remove COVER (Jl-3112).
3. With the throttle lever put in the neutral position; loosen screw A, manually turn gear A make sure that the variable value becomes 80H, make backlash adjustments for gear A and B and then fasten screw A.
4. When the value deviates from 80H, make fine adjustments (+/- 5H) by loosening screw B and turning gear B.
